Limited technical information automatically generated when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used for security and to operate the site.

Partner onboarding / data room

Where you are invited to complete onboarding, we collect the information you provide, which may include: company and entity information; details of directors and beneficial owners; identity and address documents; source-of-funds information; questionnaire responses; the contact details of your authorised signatory; your electronic signature; and an audit record of your submission (including timestamp, IP address and device information).

Investors and partners

Contact details, correspondence, and information relevant to managing our relationship and meeting legal and regulatory obligations.

We process personal data where it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract, to comply with a legal obligation, for our legitimate business interests (such as security and due diligence), and/or on the basis of your consent where required. Applicable legal bases are determined under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and any other regime that applies to your relationship with us.

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with: service providers who host and operate our infrastructure under contractual confidentiality and security obligations; professional advisers (legal, audit, compliance); and competent authorities, regulators or courts where required by law. Any onward sharing is limited to what is necessary for the stated purposes.
