Sawadi Ventures FZCO invests on a proprietary basis and is not licensed or regulated by any authority. This policy sets out voluntary standards we hold ourselves to; it does not create third-party rights.

Sawadi Ventures has zero tolerance for bribery and corruption. We prohibit the offering, giving, soliciting or accepting of any bribe or improper advantage — directly or through third parties — in any form, in any jurisdiction.

What this means

No bribes, kickbacks or facilitation payments, whether involving public officials or private parties.
Gifts and hospitality must be reasonable, proportionate, transparent and never intended to influence a decision improperly.
We apply risk-based diligence to counterparties, intermediaries and partners, and we expect them to uphold equivalent standards.
Books and records are maintained accurately; no account or transaction is used to conceal improper payments.
Suspected breaches must be reported and will be investigated.
