Sawadi Ventures FZCO invests on a proprietary basis and is not licensed or regulated by any authority. This Code sets out voluntary standards we hold ourselves to; it does not create third-party rights.

Sawadi Ventures FZCO is built on the way we do business. This Code sets out the standards every director, officer, employee and representative of Sawadi Ventures is expected to uphold, and reflects the values we live by — accountability, integrity, partnership and ambition.

Our commitments

We take responsibility for everything we say and do.
We strive to do what is right, even when it is hard, and we do not compromise our integrity for short-term gain.
We treat counterparties, partners, colleagues and communities with honesty and respect.
We comply with applicable laws in every jurisdiction in which we operate, including anti-bribery, anti-money-laundering and sanctions requirements.
We protect confidential information entrusted to us and avoid conflicts between personal interest and the interests of the firm and its partners.
We compete fairly and we do not make or tolerate misrepresentations.

Raising concerns

Anyone — inside or outside the firm — who becomes aware of conduct inconsistent with this Code is encouraged to report it to administration@sawadiventures.com. Concerns are handled discreetly and without retaliation, in line with our Whistleblowing Policy.
