Sawadi Ventures FZCO invests on a proprietary basis and is not licensed or regulated by any authority. This policy sets out voluntary standards we hold ourselves to; it does not create third-party rights.
Sawadi Ventures encourages anyone — employees, partners, counterparties or members of the public — to speak up where they have a genuine concern about conduct connected with the firm, including suspected fraud, bribery, money laundering, sanctions breaches, misuse of our name, or any breach of our Code of Conduct.
How it works
- How to report — contact administration@sawadiventures.com with as much detail as you can provide.
- Confidentiality — we handle reports discreetly and limit access to those who need to be involved. You may request that your identity not be disclosed.
- No retaliation — we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
- Handling — concerns are reviewed promptly and proportionately, and appropriate action is taken.
Reporting in good faith means you have a genuine and honest belief in what you report, even if it later proves mistaken.
